We are a bit late carving our pumpkins this year!
Here is the first one on our doorstep last night.
I thought I would put together all the autumn motifs I tatted recently for a festive Halloween post.
Starting at the top is Martha Ess's Pumpkin Teapot, Mark Myers's Apple as a pumpkin, a couple of tiny pumpkins of my own design, Mark Myers's Tatbat, his autumn pumpkin (on the left), Sherry Matthews's pumpkin, and Heidi Sunday's pumpkin vine edging.
Here is one more photo where you can see the relative size of all the pumpkins.
Hope you all have a fun 31st of October
with friends and families!
Best wishes,
Happy Halloween

An excellent display of your beautiful tatting of these wonderful designs. It's nice to see their comparative sizes! °Have a fun day and Halloween night! I know you have carved some unique and artistic pumpkins in the past!
ReplyDeleteFabbo Fodder For Fun, Frivole! I love it all!
ReplyDeleteBOO!
I somehow missed the photo of the carved pumpkin! There's a gal in our neighborhood who carves amazing pumpkins like yours, and she usually starts displaying them on Halloween night (tonight). But our "Trick or Treat" night has been moved to Saturday because of bad weather. The constant rain is from Hurricane Sandy, but we in Western PA were miraculously spared the extreme winds and flooding - and snow!) and we are so grateful! I'll get to see the pumpkins on Saturday.
ReplyDeleteLovely tattings! Love the carved pumpkin.
