Beaded Bell Earrings

It's my daughter's birthday in a couple of days and I often make her a new pair of earrings for her birthday... sometimes tatted, sometimes beaded.  This year, it's beaded.  I found this cute design by Sonysree Creations on YouTube and here they are:

Of course once I'd made the first pair, 

I had to try them in other colour ways:

I always enjoy a bit of beading!  These earrings were a quick project and will make nice gifts.

Beaded Earrings

These were gifts for one of my daughter's birthday.  She likes and wears many of my tatted earring designs but this time I made her some beaded earrings for a change.

The first pair was this one:

I really like the shape of these Arabella earrings

by Linda Genaw of Linda's Crafty Inspiration blog.

I chose colours quite similar to the first version she shows on her blog.

And as I was on a beading kick,

I decided to make her a second pair:

They are also by Linda Genaw and are called 

"Peyote Fan Earrings"

I really like how the colours turned out on these.

I think I'll have to make myself a pair!

Oh, and I also did make the bee from the previous post into another pair of earrings but I forgot to take a photo of them!

Two More!

I wasn't done.  Two more pairs of earrings made their way off my beading needle...

Another pair of Lisette in olive green colours:

Hmmmm, those might look nice in blue-icy colours

with silver seed beads...

Maybe I need to make yet another pair?

Another Pair

I was tempted by another beaded earring pattern.  This one is called Lisette (a click on the word will take you to the pattern if you're interested).

The mini tassels were a little fiddly to make... perhaps I need a better technique for them but I do like the design by Nela Kábelová.

And I decided to draw a new number for my snowflake giveaway as one was not claimed and it's number 16 that came up this time and that comment belongs to Stephanie.  I have your contact details Stephanie so I'll send the pattern along!

Petal Earrings

I had the chance to buy the kit for these earrings at an incredibly reduced price.  I made one earring a few months ago and hadn't gotten around to making the second one… until today.  I decided I should make it at last, so I could enjoy wearing the earrings instead of looking at the lone one!

These are the Yafa Petal Earrings

There was only one colour scheme available when I bought the kit but I have now purchased the petals in my favourite turquoise colour and may just have to make another pair…  They are substantial earrings and I'm wondering if I could modify the pattern a bit to make a similar but slightly smaller earring.  We'll see.
