Written down, however, they don't make any sense. It could be some sort of word blindness, I don't know.
Congratulations anyway, for such an intricate,as well as lovely design.

PS Would you organise a class for your fans? I had actually tried that method before or even used a spare bit of thread to anchor the loop so it's do-able.Frivolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10318670621310820581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-69043781093123348742013-07-30T09:00:22.767+01:002013-07-30T09:00:22.767+01:00Lovely little pattern, well worth having another l...Lovely little pattern, well worth having another look at them.
MargaretMargarets designer cardshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07649752567816134409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-77798287740680603182013-07-30T08:24:57.715+01:002013-07-30T08:24:57.715+01:00Yes, that is right but there are ways round even t...Yes, that is right but there are ways round even that problem probably. I haven't time at the moment to look at it (grandkid sitting) but try taking a look at this - it MIGHT work with the hidden second shuttle too http://www.janeeborall.freeservers.com/SSSRjoin2way.pdfJane Eborallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05129528958253092545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-48199180800116210662013-07-30T08:12:44.659+01:002013-07-30T08:12:44.659+01:00Certainly worth revisitng.Certainly worth revisitng.Jane McLellanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17221433363521511688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-19524165830543612172013-07-30T03:38:16.315+01:002013-07-30T03:38:16.315+01:00A lovely and intricate design as always! If there are joins, a Dora Young knot would work. However, these are even more fiddly than the double-core SSSR, and on the second half you would have to make a lock join with the second shuttle instead of a regular join, so it would look odd. For these reasons, if there were joins in the ring, I would probably opt to cut and tie rather than try to climb to the next round. Luckily not an issue in this design!Mirandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07966487848401662776noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-33973586078747814402013-07-30T00:00:36.349+01:002013-07-30T00:00:36.349+01:00Hi Madtatter,

I like the idea of adding a second shuttle when trying to move up, I've only been careful to make sure I use a variegated thread with a matching second color so your eyes don't notice it's not the variegated one. If that makes any since. You did great coming up with it on your own. There I was thinking I was clever and you had that worked out long ago! But you can only do this if the ring is not attached, am I not right? In this pattern, it works because the ring is free to wrap the loop at the base.Frivolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10318670621310820581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-50260044822786448522013-07-29T21:44:25.262+01:002013-07-29T21:44:25.262+01:00Those are so sweet looking!!! :)Those are so sweet looking!!! :)God's Kidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14235608410243857253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-8545295796316150652013-07-29T21:29:39.673+01:002013-07-29T21:29:39.673+01:00Is this what you did? http://www.janeeborall.free...Is this what you did? http://www.janeeborall.freeservers.com/SSSRDoubleCore.pdf
I use it a lot and it works really well.
