I shall now go check out his window decoration - as you may know, I like a challenge, so I'll have to see how I find it to tat!Frivolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10318670621310820581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-17616439625868279742012-11-08T10:30:30.458+00:002012-11-08T10:30:30.458+00:00Hi Jane,

It's true that his lace looks perfect the way he does it but I just loose "the flow"!Frivolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10318670621310820581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-26290157466558818822012-11-08T10:25:53.296+00:002012-11-08T10:25:53.296+00:00Hi Diane,

The individual elements would have to lay flat as tatted - so I agree with you!Frivolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10318670621310820581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-88796146023110587932012-11-08T07:53:04.098+00:002012-11-08T07:53:04.098+00:00Beautiful, lovely colour, I thought when I saw ...Beautiful, lovely colour, I thought when I saw the curve you had made a little bowl. Are you following his method? I don't think you are by looking closely, but it is difficult to tell (which is why I don't bother!)

This is beautiful! Lovely shape and perfectly tatted.

One I have done and it nearly drove me mad was his' Window Decoration.' I added beads as well the first time I tatted it - BIG mistake! I found it very difficult to follow this pattern...

But, like all his stuff, it was a beautiful design. I might even have another go at it!
Fox : )

Foxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12889386206601730189noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-43356008568879582782012-11-08T00:14:39.173+00:002012-11-08T00:14:39.173+00:00Lovely, delicate color for a lovely, delicate moti...Lovely, delicate color for a lovely, delicate motif!

It would be beautiful as a runner, wow!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15274345764787048662noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-7957358907732291452012-11-07T22:57:40.984+00:002012-11-07T22:57:40.984+00:00Are you using his way of counting your stitches? ...Are you using his way of counting your stitches? I'd be tempted to steam the motif and see if I could get it to lie flat, but not if I were making a tablecloth or table runner.Lace-lovin' Librarian ~ Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06032689683092213368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-60744935210548814992012-11-07T21:16:02.298+00:002012-11-07T21:16:02.298+00:00Looks really beautiful!!! :)Looks really beautiful!!! :)God's Kidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14235608410243857253noreply@blogger.com
