I just finished your little maple leaf and found that if I use the second half of the DS and then dropped my shuttle through before closing, I didn't need to do any extra stitches. I hadn't spotted that possibility the first time around :-)Frivolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10318670621310820581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-33623127968480507452017-09-27T19:41:34.129+01:002017-09-27T19:41:34.129+01:00I love all your designs. Could you just do a short bare thread on the backside to get to that small picot? I think it is worth a try and might solve your issue. It makes complete sense. I'm with Jane on the white one and I think it's because the two round around so beautifully parallel? I see what you mean about that split ring too. It could be just I stretched the white one a bit too much when I blocked it (the white one is the only one I completely finished and blocked).Frivolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10318670621310820581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6114660986925655424.post-50565013050249193502017-09-27T16:34:11.445+01:002017-09-27T16:34:11.445+01:00I love seeing the evolution of designs.
